Apple Rhubarb Mould

Ingredients
  Frozen rhubarb 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Raspberry gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Canned unsweetened pineapple juice 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped apple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cook rhubarb according to package directions.
Stir in gelatin; cook and stir over medium heat till gelatin dissolves.
Stir in pineapple juice and the water.
Chill till mixture is partially set.
Stir in chopped apple.
Spoon into a 5 1/2-cup ring mold.
Chill till firm, 4 to 6 hours.
