Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 20 Ounce
  Diced celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pistachios 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced seedless grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Multi grain bread slices 8 (Milton'S Healthy)
Directions

1. In a bowl, combine chicken, celery, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, pistachios and grapes.
2. Spread salad on the bread.
