Potato And Tuna Fish Salad

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked potatoes 3 Large, cubed (Use When Still Hot)
  Chopped cooked red onion 4 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Bell pepper 1 , cubed
  Stalk celery 1 , diced
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place tuna in large bowl. Add vegetables and mix.
Pour vinegar and lemon juice in another bowl. Add mustard, salt and pepper; mix together with whisk.
Whisk in cream. Pour sauce over salad and toss well. Marinate 15 minutes before serving.
