Pear Prosciutto And Pine Nut Salad

Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Torn up boston lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Thinly sliced prosciutto 2 Ounce, cut into thin strips to make about 2/3 cup
  Bartlett pear 1 , sliced (Ripe Ones)
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
Directions

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
2. Divide lettuce evenly among 4 individual plates; top evenly with prosciutto, pear slices, and pine nuts. Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons dressing over each salad.
