Spinach, Avocado And Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach leaves 5 Cup (80 tbs) (Metz)
  Small red potatoes 8 , cooked and cooled
  Radishes 4 , trimmed and thinly sliced
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2 , peeled sliced and sectioned
  Avocados 2 , peeled and sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, potatoes and radishes.
2. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together vinegar and oil; add sugar, garlic, grated orange peel, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss.Top with orange and avocado slices
