Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Papaya seeds 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)
  Papaya 1 , peeled and sliced lengthwise
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Mixed salad greens 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Place salad oil, vinegar, sugar, lime juice, salt, mustard, and onion in blender; blend thoroughly.
Add papaya seeds and blend till seeds are size of coarsely ground pepper; chill.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Combine papaya, cucumber, and greens.
Toss lightly with desired amount of dressing.
