Green Onion Salad Dressing
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons, Scant)|
|Finely chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creole mustard/Brown mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
Blend the egg and egg yolk in a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade until frothy, about 2 minutes.
With the motor running, slowly pour in oil until oil is incorporated and dressing is thick and creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
