Green Onion Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg 1 Large
  Egg yolk 1
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons, Scant)
  Finely chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Creole mustard/Brown mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend the egg and egg yolk in a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade until frothy, about 2 minutes.
With the motor running, slowly pour in oil until oil is incorporated and dressing is thick and creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
