Shrimp And Mango Salad

Ingredients
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Large shrimp 3⁄4 Pound, cooked and peeled
  Peeled cubed mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt / Fat)
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk.
Add shrimp and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat.
