|Light mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Large shrimp||3⁄4 Pound, cooked and peeled|
|Peeled cubed mango||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt / Fat)|
|Chopped red bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk.
Add shrimp and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat.
