White Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Small
  Onion 1 Medium
  White radishes/8 red radishes 2
  Cucumber 1 Small
  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground pepper To Taste
  Crisp salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Break cauliflower into flowerets.
Slice onion, radishes, and cucumber.
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper; pour over vegetables.
Allow salad to marinate about 1 hour, if possible, before serving.
