Marinated Onion Salad

Ingredients
  Sweet onions 3 Medium, thinly sliced
  Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cucumbers 4 Medium, thinly sliced
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Vinegar 1 Dash
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Separate onions into rings and place in a large bowl; pour water over onions.
Let stand 1 minute; drain.
Add cucumbers.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and dill if desired; mix well.
Pour over onion mixture; toss to coat.
Chill until ready to serve.
Sprinkle with parsley.
