Sardine And Beet Salad

Ingredients
  Sardines 8 , chopped
  Boiled beet 2 Large, boiled
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Put together the sardines, beets, and onion in a large bowl.
Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper together until well-blended.
Pour this over the sardine mixture.
Garnish with parsley on top.
