Mixed Green Salad
|Torn assorted greens||12 Cup (192 tbs), rinsed and spun dry (Bite Size Pieces, Such As Arugula, Watercress And Red And Green Leafed Lettuces)|
|Flat leaf parsley leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Coarse kosher salt||To Taste|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
In a salad bowl toss the greens with the parsley, drizzle the salad with the oil, and toss it well.
Sprinkle the salad with the salt, the pepper, and the lemon juice and toss it well.
