Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients
  Torn assorted greens 12 Cup (192 tbs), rinsed and spun dry (Bite Size Pieces, Such As Arugula, Watercress And Red And Green Leafed Lettuces)
  Flat leaf parsley leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Coarse kosher salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a salad bowl toss the greens with the parsley, drizzle the salad with the oil, and toss it well.
Sprinkle the salad with the salt, the pepper, and the lemon juice and toss it well.
