Festive Chicken Salad Log

  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 4 Drop
  Finely chopped cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (3 Medium Size)
  Green pepper rings 3
  Toasted sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped pitted ripe olives 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 3 Tablespoon, drained
  Crackers/Bread rounds 2 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)

Mix cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, ginger, pepper and pepper sauce.
Stir in chicken, eggs and 1/4 cup onions.
Shape into log, 8x2 inches.
Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
Cut green pepper rings to make strips.
Place strips diagonally across log, dividing log into fourths as pictured.
Sprinkle sesame seed on 1 section.
Repeat with 3 tablespoons onion, the olives and pimiento on remaining sections.
Serve with crackers.
