Grilled Tilapia With Shirazi Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Cooking spray 1
  Lemon wedges 1
  Cucumber 2 Tablespoon, peeled
  Tomato 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Red onion 2 Teaspoon, diced
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon, divided
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, divided
  Tilapia fillets 4
Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir in 1/8 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Cover salad and chill at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill.
3. Sprinkle fish fillets with remaining 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
