Chicken Salad With Peas And Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Rice vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Cooked chicken breast 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Frozen green peas 1 , thawed (1 Package)
  Sliced almonds 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor process until smooth.
Combine parsley mixture, chicken, celery, and peas in a large bowl, tossing well.
Sprinkle each serving with toasted almonds.
