Supper Ham Salad
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Cucumber||1 Small, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced|
|Radishes||4 , trimmed and sliced|
|Imitation mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine ham, chicken, grapes, cucumber and radishes lightly in a large bowl.
2. Blend mayonnaise and yogurt in a cup; fold into ham mixture; chill at least an hour to season.
3. Just before serving, line a salad bowl with romaine leaves; shred remaining into bottom. Spoon ham mixture into center.
