Ingredients
  Zucchini/Yellow squash 4 Medium, sliced
  Spanish onion 1 Medium, halved and cut into large chunks
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooked, drained
Directions

On heavy-duty aluminum foil or on broiler pan, arrange zucchini and onion.
Brush with savory herb with garlic soup mix blended with oil.
Grill or broil 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp-tender.
In large bowl, toss cooked pasta, vegetables, roasted
