July Day Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Box)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Creamed cottage cheese 2 Pound (2 Cup)
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Large, peeled and diced
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water and cool slightly.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except greens, and pour into 1 1/2 -quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on greens.
