Smoked Trout Salad

Ingredients
  Smoked trout 1⁄2 Pound, boned, skinned, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  Jarlsberg cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut into julienne strips
  Seedless green grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Red Or Green)
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sherry mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Canned green peppercorns 1 Tablespoon, rinsed and drained
Directions

Combine trout, cheese, grapes, and celery.
Add mayonnaise; mix gently.
Add salt to taste.
Pour into serving bowl; sprinkle with peppercorns.
