Smoked Trout Salad

|Smoked trout||1⁄2 Pound, boned, skinned, cut into 1/2 inch strips|
|Jarlsberg cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cut into julienne strips|
|Seedless green grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Red Or Green)|
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sherry mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned green peppercorns||1 Tablespoon, rinsed and drained|
Combine trout, cheese, grapes, and celery.
Add mayonnaise; mix gently.
Add salt to taste.
Pour into serving bowl; sprinkle with peppercorns.
