Pimiento Petal Salads

Ingredients
  Boston lettuce 2 Small
  Water cress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Canned pimientos 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Low calorie blue cheese salad dressing 6 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Separate lettuce leaves; trim any long or coarse stems from watercress.
2. Wash greens and dry well.
3. Break lettuce into bite-size pieces; place on 6 salad plates; tuck watercress sprigs between pieces.
