Smoked Chicken Apple And Walnut Salad
|Smoked chicken breasts||2 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Granny smith apples/Other tart apples||3 Medium, cored and diced|
|Celery stalks||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced|
|Chopped watercress leaves||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Loosely Packed)|
|Loosely packed chopped watercress leaves||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Lemon mustard dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Boston lettuce/Romaine lettuce leaves||4|
|Watercress sprigs||1 (For Garnish)|
|Chopped walnuts||5 Ounce, toasted|
Toss chicken strips, apples, celery and chopped watercress in large bowl.
Blend in lemon dressing and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
