Tossed Salad Supremo

Ingredients
  Lightly packed bitter greens 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bitter greens 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Lightly Packed)
  Crumbled feta cheese 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1/3 Cup)
  Chopped basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plum tomatoes 3 , quartered lengthwise
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 3 Tablespoon (Undiluted)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently.
Combine broth and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
Pour over greens mixture just before serving, and toss gently.
