Yogurt Topped Fruit Salad
|Sliced fresh strawberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Bananas||2 Small, peeled and sliced|
|Orange||1 Medium, peeled and sectioned|
|Green leaf lettuce||6|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped roasted salted peanuts||1 Tablespoon|
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently.
Spoon onto lettuce-lined salad plates.
Combine yogurt and peanut butter, stirring well.
Spoon over fruit.
Sprinkle with peanuts; serve immediately.
