|Tomatoes||4 Medium, halved|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Soft breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil / melted butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Salt||To Taste, seasoned|
|Pepper||To Taste, seasoned|
Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, in greased shallow pan.
Spread tomatoes lightly with mustard; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, if desired, and olive oil; sprinkle over tomatoes.
Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes or until breadcrumb mixture is golden.
