Tomatoes Provencale

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, halved
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Soft breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil / melted butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt To Taste, seasoned
  Pepper To Taste, seasoned
Directions

Arrange tomatoes, cut side up, in greased shallow pan.
Spread tomatoes lightly with mustard; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, if desired, and olive oil; sprinkle over tomatoes.
Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes or until breadcrumb mixture is golden.
