|Frozen french-style green beans||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boston lettuce head||1 , torn into bite-size pieces|
|Tomatoes||2 , cut into sixths|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , cut into fourths|
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinaigrette dressing||To Taste|
Cook beans as directed on package; drain.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Place lettuce in salad bowl; arrange beans, tomatoes and eggs around edge.
Mound tuna in center.
Garnish with olives, anchovies and parsley.
