Ingredients
  Frozen french-style green beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boston lettuce head 1 , torn into bite-size pieces
  Tomatoes 2 , cut into sixths
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , cut into fourths
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Ripe olives 8
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Vinaigrette dressing To Taste
Directions

Cook beans as directed on package; drain.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Place lettuce in salad bowl; arrange beans, tomatoes and eggs around edge.
Mound tuna in center.
Garnish with olives, anchovies and parsley.
