Papaya And Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced-sodium soy sauce 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons)
  Grated fresh ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Papaya 1 Medium
  Hass avocado 1 Large
  Fresh basil leaves 4
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar; cover rightly, and shake vigorously.
Set aside.
Peel papaya; cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop our seeds.
Slice papaya into 16 slices.
Set aside.
Cur avocado in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove pit.
Peel avocado, and slice into 12 slices.
Arrange 4 papaya slices and 3 avocado slices on individual salad plates.
Drizzle dressing evenly over fruit slices.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
