Parmesan Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Crisp lettuce head 1 , torn into bite-size pieces
  Green onions with tops 6 , sliced
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoned salad croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine lettuce, onion, and peas; toss.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper; toss.
Add oil and vinegar; toss.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; top with croutons.
