Ingredients
  Chopped cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (3 Lemons)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint 1 Tablespoon
  Julienne cut radish 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned chickpeas 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can, Garbanzo Beans)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Arugula/Spinach leaves 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine first 10 ingredients; toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour..
