Icy Hot Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
  Seeded watermelon balls 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced jicama 2 Tablespoon
  Canned chopped green chiles 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine watermelon, jicama, and green chiles in a medium bowl; toss gently.
Combine vinegar and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
Pour over watermelon mixture; toss gently.
Cover and chill 4 hours.
Line individual salad plates with leaf lettuce, if desired.
Spoon watermelon mixture onto plates, using a slotted spoon.
