Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Raw cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , chop
  Italian parsley 3 Tablespoon, chop
  Thyme 3 Tablespoon, chop
  Red onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chop
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Ounce
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, add the dark chicken meat, raw cashews, celery stalks, Italian parsley, thyme and red onion.
2. Add the juice of half a lime into the bowl along with the cream, mustard and olive oil.
3. Toss well using a spoon.

SERVING
4. Plate and serve as an appetizer.
