LETTUCE-WEDGE SALAD WITH TOMATO AND BACON DRESSING

|Iceberg lettuce head||1 1⁄2 Pound, rinsed and cored (1 Head)|
|Cherry tomatoes||12 , cut in half|
|Tomato & bacon||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Garden)|
|Low fat blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled|
1.Slice the lettuce head into quarters.
2.Toss tomatoes around the lettuce wedge then drizzle each with dressing.
3.Sprinkle blue cheese over each lettuce wedge and serve.
4.Add salt and pepper to taste
