LETTUCE-WEDGE SALAD WITH TOMATO AND BACON DRESSING

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 1⁄2 Pound, rinsed and cored (1 Head)
  Cherry tomatoes 12 , cut in half
  Tomato & bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Garden)
  Low fat blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1.Slice the lettuce head into quarters.
2.Toss tomatoes around the lettuce wedge then drizzle each with dressing.
3.Sprinkle blue cheese over each lettuce wedge and serve.
4.Add salt and pepper to taste
