Nutty Pear Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh baby spinach 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Pear 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Coarsely chopped pecans 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), toasted
  Dried cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Stone ground mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, pear, pecans, cherries and blue cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the oil.
Pour over salad and toss to coat.
