Banana Ambrosia Ring

Ingredients
  Coconut topper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packaged biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Mashed ripe banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Melted butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Spread Coconut Topper over bottom of 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
Combine biscuit mix and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Stir in banana, egg, and melted butter.
Beat vigorously 1 minute.
Spoon half the batter over coconut in mold.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with the cinnamon and butter; sprinkle over batter.
Cover with remaining batter.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 20 minutes or till done.
Insert to un-mold.
