Blt Turkey Salad
|Torn romaine/Torn leaf lettuce||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked turkey||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped tomatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Bacon strips||10 , cooked and crumbled|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
In a large salad bowl, combine the first nine ingredients.
Just before serving, whisk dressing ingredients.
Pour over the turkey mixture; toss to coat.
