Carrot Cabbage Mould

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounces Each)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced sweet pickle/Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water; stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 5 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
