Fruit And Cheese Salad Pockets

Ingredients
  Fruit cocktail 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded fat free mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted sunflower seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Fat free ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fat free mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped red onion 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Pita breads 2 Large, halved
  Spinach leaves 4
Directions

Drain fruit cocktail.
In medium bowl, combine fruit cocktail, sunflower seeds, celery and parsley; mix gently.
Combine ricotta, mayonnaise, onion and cumin in small bowl; mix well.
Gently toss fruit mixture with ricotta mixture.
Spoon into pita bread halves; add 1-2 spinach leaves to each pita pocket
