Napa Cabbage Salad
|Napa cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs), finely snipped|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon, minced|
Finely shred carrots.
In a salad bowl, gently mix together carrots, cabbage, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, and salt to taste.
If made ahead, cover and chill up to 4 hours.
