For salad
  Spinach 200 Gram
  Goat cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted
For salad dressing
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach and goat cheese.
2. Add walnuts and mix well.
3. For salad dressing - in a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and cinnamon powder. Mix it well and pour it over salad. Toss it well.

4. Serve as an appetizer.
