Three Bean Salad

The simplicity and widespread enjoyment of this salad have made it a Cancer Project classic. It has lots of fiber to help move carcinogens and excess cholesterol and hormones out of your body to improve overall health.
  Cooked kidney beans/Canned kidney beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Cooked pinto beans/Canned pinto beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Cooked black eyed peas/Canned black eyed peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Frozen lima beans 10 Ounce, thawed
  Cooked lima beans/1/2 cups cooked green soybeans (shelled edamame) 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Frozen corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed or cooked
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, diced
  Red onion 1⁄2 Medium, diced
  Fat free italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Stored in a covered container in the refrigerator, leftover Easy Bean Salad will keep for up to 3 days.
