Egg Salad With Leaves
|Hard-cooked eggs||8 , shelled|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unflavored nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced fresh dill||3 Tablespoon|
|Green leaves/All of 1 kind||2 Quart, rinsed and crisped (Belgian Endive Leaves, Small Romaine Leaves, And Small Butter Lettuce Leaves)|
In a food processor or in a bowl, finely mash eggs.
Add mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, pepper, and salt to taste; mix well.
