Citrus And Avocado Salad With Date Dressing

  Commercial sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Avocados 3 , peeled and sliced
  Grapefruits 2 Large, peeled and sectioned
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)

Combine sour cream, dates, orange rind, juice, and salt.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Arrange avocados, grape fruit, and orange sections on lettuce cups; top with dressing.
