Spinach Mushroom And Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded lime peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 4 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 1 Teaspoon, toasted
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Torn fresh spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard cooked egg 1 , sliced
Directions

For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine salad oil, lime peel, lime juice, sesame seed, mustard, and salt.
Cover; shake well.
For salad, in a salad bowl combine spinach, mushrooms, radishes, and egg.
Shake dressing well.
Add dressing to salad; toss.
