Sarah makes a simple roasted chicken salad.
Ingredients
  Chicken 4 Cup (64 tbs), roasted
  Pecan 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven at 300*F.

MAKING
2. In oven at 300* F toast pecans.
3. In a bowl, combine chicken, pecans and dried tarragon.
4. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Toss and combine.

SERVING
5. Serve as an appetizer.
