Smoked Chicken And Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Uncooked penne pasta 8 Ounce
  Smoked chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, skinned (1 Bird)
  Peeled seeded chopped tomato 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Diced purple onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fontina cheese 4 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
Debone chicken,-discard bones.
Shred meat, and place in a large bowl.
Add pasta, tomato, and next 8 ingredients, stirring well.
Place in a 3-quart casserole; top with cheese.
Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
