Shrimp Salad In Bell Peppers
|Shrimp||1 Pint (Fresh / Canned)|
|Olives||4 Ounce (1 Small Bottle)|
|Sweet pickles||12 Small (Tiny Gherkins)|
|Pickled white onions||2 Tablespoon|
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Drain the shrimps, rinse with cold water and remove the viscera.
Break into pieces and dress with French dressing.
Chill for 2 hours; add olives and sweet pickles sliced, and onions.
Hollow out the green peppers to form cups and fill with shrimp mixture.
