Harvest Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sliced plums 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Ones)
  Coarsely chopped apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pear 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Coarsely Chopped)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a jar.
Covertightly and shake vigorously.
Chill dressing mixture thoroughly.
Place plums, apple, and pear in a large bowl; add dressing, tossing gently to combine.
To serve, spoon fruit mixture onto individual lettuce-lined salad plates, if desired.
