Watermelon Mint Salad

Ingredients
  Watermelon 6 Pound (1 Whole)
  Slivered mild white onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced fresh mint 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Slice watermelon into 1-inch-thick rounds; remove and discard rind.
Cut flesh into 1-inch cubes; remove visible seeds.
Place cubes in a large serving bowl, add onion and mint, and mix gently.
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, chili powder, and oil.
Pour dressing over salad and mix to coat well.
Season to taste with salt
