Grated Vegetable Salad
|Grated carrots/Cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|French dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Skin oranges and separate sections.
Carefully peel the sections so that they remain whole.
Wash lettuce and separate leaves.
Arrange on a plate.
Place two orange wedges opposite each other so that a hole is formed in the centre.
Arrange all orange wedges in this manner.
Place grated carrot in the centre.
Pour french dressing.
Chill and serve with mayonnaise.
