Sweet And Sour Salad

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni/Mostaccioli 8 Ounce
  Pepper 1 Medium, coarsely chopped (Green / Sweet Red)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Small, coarsely chopped
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
Place in a bowl; add pepper, cucumber and onion.
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine remaining ingredients; shake until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over salad; toss.
