Brown Rice Salad With Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
  Oranges 2 , segmented
  Brown rice 500 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cup)
  Green onions 4 , sliced
  Red pepper 1 Large, diced
  Green pepper 1 Large, diced
  Tomato dressing 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut rind and all pith from oranges.
With a small sharp knife, cut between the membrane and flesh of each segment and free the orange flesh.
Remove and discard any seeds.
Combine oranges, rice, green onions, and green and red peppers.
Pour dressing over and toss lightly.
Season to taste.
Place in a serving bowl.
Cover and chill until serving time.
