Brown Rice Salad With Tomato Dressing
|Oranges||2 , segmented|
|Brown rice||500 Milliliter, cooked (2 Cup)|
|Green onions||4 , sliced|
|Red pepper||1 Large, diced|
|Green pepper||1 Large, diced|
|Tomato dressing||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Cut rind and all pith from oranges.
With a small sharp knife, cut between the membrane and flesh of each segment and free the orange flesh.
Remove and discard any seeds.
Combine oranges, rice, green onions, and green and red peppers.
Pour dressing over and toss lightly.
Season to taste.
Place in a serving bowl.
Cover and chill until serving time.
